超低排放机组烟气排放连续监测系统技术分析

Technical Analysis of Continuous Emission Monitoring System from Ultra-low Emission Units

燃煤机组超低排放改造后,原有烟气排放连续监测系统(CEMS)技术要求及检测方法已不足以满足监测的需求,因此需要准确性、可靠性和稳定性更高的CEMS设备来满足现阶段超低排放机组烟气自动监测的要求。分析当前气态污染物CEMS存在主要问题,研究超低排放机组气态污染物CEMS技术现状,并对比分析气态污染物CEMS监测方法,最后提出适合超低排放机组的气态污染物监测技术路线。

After the ultra-low emission modification of coal-fired units,the original CEMS technical requirements and test methods are not enough to meet the needs of monitoring.So CEMS of higher accuracy,reliability and stability is re- quired to meet the requirements of ultra-low emission unit flue gas automatic monitoring.This paper analyzed the main prob- lems of the current gaseous pollutants CEMS,researched on the present situation of gaseous pollutants CEMS technology of ultra-low emission units,contrasted and analysed the methods of gaseous pollutants CEMS detection ,finally put forward suit- able gaseous pollutants monitoring technology route for ultra-low emission units.
