摘要 燃机联合循环供热机组启动过程中,具有供热品质蒸汽直接通过高压旁路流入凝汽器,造成热量浪费。通过高压直供汽管路替代高压旁路进行启动优化,实现启动过程废热利用。单次冷态启动废热利用量约34t,热态启动约15t。在投资成本几近于零的条件下,年收益30余万元,具有良好的节能特性与经济效益。 During the start-up of gas-steam combined cycle units with co-generation of heat and power, main steam smisfying the quality of heating stream flowed directly into condenser through the high pressure bypass. In order to achieve the deeply utilization of these waste heat, a method of start-up optimization was innovatively proposed to employ high pres- sure direct heat supplying pipe to replace the high pressure bypass. There were about 34t and 15t of waste heat utilization during a single start-up of cold and hot condition respectively. Annual revenue of roughly 300000 yuan based on investment at near zero level was environmentally friendly and economical.
