超临界对冲燃烧锅炉受热面超温对策

摘要 分析了超临界对冲燃烧锅炉高温过热器、高温再热器壁温出现持续超温现象的几个常见原因。通过对炉膛出口宽度方向氧量分布的调平可以有效地调整因燃烧器配风不合理引起的换热面超温现象。 Discusses the common cause on over-heating issues of the high temperature superheater and high temper- ature reheater for supercritical opposed firing boiler.The over-heating Issues of heating surface can be effectively solved by adjusting oxygen distribution in furnace exit width direction.
