环保监管平台脱硝系统退出误报警的解决方法

摘要 搜集某发电集团环保监管平台一年来脱硝系统误报警导致退出的统计数据,发现该发电集团环保监管平台脱硝系统误报警退出发生频率较高,主要是喷氨流量计不准、喷氨流量计采样管堵塞、喷氨调节门线性差、喷氨管道堵塞、流量测点异常等原因引起。分析认为,可通过增加环保监管平台判定脱硝系统退出附加条件,加强对喷氨表计的定期校验、清理、更换,对喷氨管道的疏通等方法,有效降低脱硝退出误报警的次数,从而大大降低该集团环保工作量。 By collecting one-year-false-alarm statistics about denitration system exits from a Power Group environ- mental monitoring platform, the false alarm about denitration system exits was found occuring at high frequency and a single unit occurrence time period was generally 3 months. The main reason for the false alarm was that the ammonia flow meter in- accurate, sampling tube blockage, spray ammonia damper linear difference, ammonia injection pipe clogged, flow monitoring points abnormalities and so on. Analysis suggests that by attaching conditions determinating denitration system exits, check- ing, cleaning or replacing the ammonia flow meter regularly, and dredging spray ammonia pipeline can effectively reduce the false alarm about denitration system exits, and can greatly reduces the environmental group worker unnecessary workload.
