多胎萨福克羊的选育及种质特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究以萨福克羊为父本,湖羊为母本,应用常规育种技术和FecB基因标记辅助选择技术,组建理想育种群。经过选种选配、横交固定和选育提高,培育出适应我国农牧区生产的多胎萨福克羊新品系。该品系羔羊平均初生重、2月龄体重和断奶重均显著高于湖羊与阿勒泰羊的杂交羔羊(P〈0.01)。研究结果表明,多胎萨福克肉羊具有良好的生长发育和产肉性能,是生产高档羊肉的理想群体。 The Suffolk sheep and Hu sheep were selected respectively in the study, and the new breeding population were se- lected by breeding technologies and marker assisted selection technology based on FecB gene. The new polytocous Suffolk sheep strain had been successfully bred after matching and selection, crossing fixed and improving breeding, which could adapt to produc- tion of sheep through most of the agricultural and pastoral areas in China. The results showed the average birth weight, weaning weight and body weight were significantly higher in experiment group than control group in 2-month-old lambs (P 〈 0.01). It is further indicated that the polytocous Suffolk sheep is better in growth and development, meat production performance, and it is the ideal sheep breeding population for producing high-grade mutton.
