摘要
Liang Qichao, a scholar from the late Qing Dynasty, on the basis of China's level of exchanges with the outside world, divided China's history into three stages: the China of China, the China of Asia and the China of the world. As China reforms and opens itself, more people all over the world are studying China. Their horizon of interpreting China is also becoming wider, complemented by a new dimension brought by the "Belt and Road" initiative of the Chinese government.
