2016 marks the beginning of the fifth decade into the establishment of the China-EU relationship. To promote cultural and people-to-people exchanges as well as the friendship between two civilizations, the Organization Committee of China Arts Festival in the EU was officially established in Brussels, which is home to the EU headquarters, marking a permanent mechanism for China-EU cultural and art communication.
