摘要
介绍了热塑性树脂连续纤维复合材料(CFRT)的模压工艺和注塑工艺,以及CFRT产品最新应用领域,并对CFRT与GMT的工艺进行了分析比较。产品研发和产业开发结果表明:玻纤质量分数为63%时,其CFRT拉伸强度515 MPa,拉伸模量25.9 GPa,弯曲强度380 MPa,弯曲模量22.7 GPa,比GMT分别提高了24%、19%、21%和17%;成功或正在开发CFRT板材,"三明治"夹层结构石油管道、集装箱体、劳动防护鞋包头等产品和应用市场。最后指出CFRT技术目前存在的问题,今后研发方向以及产业化发展趋势。
This paper highlights CRFT compression and injection molding methods as well as the latest ap- plications and the charteristics of CFRT method in comparison with GMT and pre-compounded pelled molding methods. Product development and product development results show: In the Content of Glass Fiber63%,Tensile Strength 515 MPa, Tensile Modulus 25.9 GPa, Tlexural Strength 380 MPa, Flexural Modu- lus 22.7 GPa. Ratio has increased 24%, 19%, 21% and 17%. Successful or developing CFRT plate, San- mingfa oil pipeline, Sealing, Production and application market of Labor lining and other products. Finally it is pointed out that CFRT technology present problems, The direction of the research and development, and industrialization development trend in the future.
