摘要
通过红外测试及不同相对湿度下的实验对比,确定了芳纶(对位芳纶)压板无纬布纤维脱粘问题的影响因素。对树脂进行共混改性实验,改善了树脂与纤维的界面相容性,增强了树脂对纤维的粘接性能,并确定改性剂最佳质量分数为26%;为改善树脂对相对湿度的敏感性,对溶剂进行了相应调整;解决了织布过程中脱粘问题,提高了压板无纬布产品的质量。
The influences factors of debonding problem of aramid UD cloth were determined by FT-IR charac- terization and a series of comparative experiments under different humidity, Through blending modification of adhesive, the interfacial compatibility of the adhesive and the fiber was improved, the bonding strength was in- creased, and the best dosage of modifier is initially identified to be 26%. To improve its sensitivity to the humid- ity, solvent of the adhesive was corresponding adjusted. While the debonding problem was solved finally and the quality of UD cloth was improved.
