精准扶贫不仅关乎人民福祉、全面建成小康社会的全局,还关乎党的执政基础建设和国家长治久安。虽然现阶段我国精准扶贫工作成效斐然,但仍然存在精准扶贫立法缺位、扶贫政策落实不力、侵吞套取挪用扶贫资金频发、扶贫成效考核机制不健全等问题,因此必须贯彻依法治国的基本理念,善于运用法治思维和法治方式推进精准扶贫工作开展。文章认为,应该通过完善精准扶贫立法、严厉打击扶贫领域职务犯罪、健全法治化考核扶贫成效办法、加大扶贫法治宣传等举措,解决精准扶贫领域的重点难点问题,奋力开创法治化扶贫的新态势。

Precision poverty alleviation is not only about the people＇ s well - being, the overall situation of building a well - off socie- ty, but also is related to the party＇ s ruling foundation construction and national long - term stability. Although at present China＇ s poverty alleviation precise has great achievements, there are still some practical problems, for example lack of legislation, ineffective policy of poverty alleviation, frequent misappropriation of poverty alleviation funds and imperfect e- valuation mechanism of poverty alleviation. So we must implement the basic idea of the law rule and make good use of le- gal frameworks and legal methods to make poverty alleviation work accurate. We can improve precision poverty legisla- tion, crack down on poverty alleviation crimes, improve the rule of law to check the effectiveness of poverty alleviation, make poverty alleviation law public and solve the difficult problem in the field of precise poverty. In this way, we can make contributions to achieving the goal of building a well - off society.
