摘要
为建立蜂胶掺假快速检测方法,采用电子鼻技术结合主成分分析(PCA)对不同地域的10个蜂胶样品和自制的杨树胶,以及按一定比例掺假的蜂胶进行鉴别。从电子鼻数据和主成分分析的结果来看,纯杨树胶和掺假蜂胶可以较好地与真蜂胶区分开,不同来源的蜂胶样品间也有较明显的差异,3个主成分的总贡献率达97.492%。结果表明,该方法有望用于蜂胶的真伪鉴别和产地溯源分析。
To establish a method for rapid detection of propolis adulteration, 10 different regions propolis samples and homemade poplar gum and adulterate propolis according to a certain proportion are studied by electronic nose technology combined with principal component analysis(PCA). The results show that pure poplar gum and adulteration of propolis can be separated from ture propolis. There are obvious differences between the propolis samples from various sources, the accumulative ratio of contribution of the three principal components reached 97.492%. Indicates that this method is expected to be used for the identification of propolis adulteration and the origin of propolis.
