农村社区建设是创新农村社会治理,加速城乡统筹,促进社会融合的一项重大社会创新工程。在农村社区建设中必须以民本型社区建设为目标,将农民的政治诉求、利益要求、生活追求放在首要位置,着力构建参与型的社区文化、均等型的社区服务和善治型的治理体系。

Rural community construction is a major social innovation project,which aims to innovate the rural social governance, accelerate the integration of urban and rural areas, and promote social integration. In the construction of the rural community, we should take the people oriented community construction as the goal, and give priority to farmer＇s political aspirations, interests as well as the pursuit of life, so as to make effort to construct a participant community culture, equal type community service and better governance system.
