Thinking on the Development Pattern and Trend of Secretarial Science

"秘书"作为词语由来已久,作为职业亦自古有之。随着"秘书专业"的开设与发展,至今,秘书专业形成了自己的特点:文科基础性、学科交叉性与复合性、应用性与现代性、技能性与实践性。文秘专业的发展格局:"文秘+",具体采用资源整合型和技能创新型;文秘专业的发展态势是:小而美,"小"是规模,"美"是内涵。"大而全"不现实,也无必要。

As a word, secretary has existed for quite some time, and as a career, secretary can be traced back to ancient time. With the setting up and developing of Secretarial Science, it has formed its own characteristics- fundamental, interdiscipliriary and compound, applicable and modem, technical and practical. The traditional career characteristic of Secretary determines ＂Secretarial Science＋ ＂development mode should be adapted in the development pattern of Secretarial Science nowadays. This pattern can add the strength of Secretarial Science in resource integration and technical innovation. The development trend of Secretarial Science is small and beautiful, while ＂small＇trend means the scale is not big and＂beautiful＂ trend refers that the connotation is meaningful. ＂Large and Complete＇trend is not realistic and unnecessary.
