摘要
本文对人文精神内涵、意义、高职学生人文精神缺失原因和培养高职学生人文精神的途径做了详细分析。高职教师应树立以人为本的观念,努力提高人文素养,自觉转变学生观和知识观,建立民主平等、互动和谐的师生关系,注重课堂教学、日常生活和教学评价中人文精神的培养,促使学生真正实现知识、素质与能力的有机统一,实现人的和谐发展。
In this paper, there is a detailed analysis of the humanistic spirit and educational ways on vocational students. Through the report, the conclusion expresses applying the reasonable humanistic theory on vocational education is avmy to achieve the all-around development. Let students truly realize the knowledge quality and ability are an organic unity.
