摘要
大学教师的工作积极性及其整体的稳定性对一个大学整体的生存与发展有着至关重要的直接影响。大学教师作为知识型员工,双因素理论在其身上有着较强的应用性。本文尝试以双因素理论作为视角,分别从保健因素和激励因素两个维度对大学教师的管理模式进行了较为详细的探究。希望能够在一定程度上为我国大学教师相关管理工作的开展提供一定的参考意见。
The University Teachers'enthusiasm for work and the overall stability of the overall survival and development of a uni- versity has a direct impact on the overall survival and development. For university teachers as knowledge workers, the two factors theory has a strong application in their bodies. This paper attempts to double factor theory as a perspective, respectively, from the two dimensions of health factors and incentive factors of the University Teachers'management model to carry out a more detailed study. Hope to a certain extent, to provide some reference for the management of university teachers in our country.
