摘要
培养医学拔尖创新人才是响应党中央"实施创新驱动发展战略"、适应现代医学模式转变的必然选择,也是当前医学教育教学改革的热点和重点。更新教育观念,深化课程与教学改革,加强教师队伍创新型意识的提高,是培养具有实践操作能力突出和创新精神卓越的医学拔尖创新人才的有效途径。
Medical training is the inevitable choice to respond to ＂the implementation of innovation - driven development strate- gy＂ , adapt to modern medical paradigm shift of the CPC Central Committee, is also the current hot and key medical education reform. Updating concepts of education, deepening curriculum and reform teaching and strengthening the improvement in inno- vative awareness for teachers is an effective way to have the practical ability to highlight the innovative spirit of medical excel- lence top creative talents.
