大学生交往焦虑调查研究——以柳州市五所高校为例

摘要 目的:了解柳州市在校大学生的交往焦虑状况,分析他们存在交往焦虑的原因,探究缓解交往焦虑的对策。方法:采用交往焦虑量表(IAS)对柳州5所高校625名大学生进行测量分析。结果:大学生交往焦虑水平总体程度偏高;不同性别的大学生交往焦虑水平差异不显著;是否是独生子女,本、专科生之间的交往焦虑水平差异显著。结论:高校需要进一步加强学生的心理健康教育工作,尤其是独生子女、专科层次学生的心理教育。 It is especially important for the independent colleges to implement the reform of the academic credit system and dowell in the educational course selection and course arrangement. To some extent, the advantages and disadvantages of thecourse selection and course arrangement will have a decisive impact on the level of teaching quality of colleges. This paper iswritten to talk about the importance, constraints and the setting principles of course selection and course arrangement of inde-pendent colleges based on the academic credit system, and the author has made a detailed study and analysis of the operationmodes of the course selection and course arrangement by using the practical experiences which the author has gotten from themany years of teaching and educational administration.
