现如今面临世界出现的新情况和新问题,我国需要顺应世界发展的趋势,加快文化体制改革的步伐,来建设社会主义文化强国。为了实现文化强国这一宏伟目标,就要求我们需要走中国特色社会主义文化这条成长路线,采取必要措施,加强我国文化创作活力、增进我国文化软实力,倡导社会主义核心价值观,提高公民道德素质,加快文化"走出去"的步伐,以此来敦促文化事业和文化产业的繁荣昌盛。

Nowadays, facing the new situation and new problems in the world, China needs to fallow the trend of world devel-opment, accelerate the pace of cultural system reform, and build a socialist cultural power. In order to achieve the grand goalof cultural power, this requires us to take the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, take the necessary measures tostrengthen the vitality of our cultural creation, enhance our cultural soft power, practice the socialist core values, enhance citi-zens＇moral quality and speed up the culture of ＂going out＂ , in order to promote cultural undertakings and the prosperity of cul-tural industries.
