紫锥菊抗氧化作用分子机理研究进展 被引量:5

The advances of the studies on molecular mechanism of antioxidation of Echinacea purpuren

摘要 自由基是指外层轨道含有不对称电子的原子、原子团或分子,其具有存在时间短、化学性质活泼、极易与其它物质反应的特点。自由基对机体造成的氧化损伤可导致许多疾病的发生,如高血压、糖尿病和老年痴呆症等。自然界中很多物质具有抗自由基氧化作用。植物是机体外源性抗氧化物质的最重要来源。紫锥菊是一种松果菊属多年生草本植物,含有大量的多酚类、多糖和生物碱等活性物质,具有极强的抗氧化和免疫增强作用。笔者介绍了紫锥菊的抗氧化活性成分及其抗氧化分子机理,为紫锥菊的抗氧化研究及开发应用提供理论基础。 Oxidative damages of free radical done to organisms could lead to the occurrence of many diseases (Hypertension, Diabetes, Alzheimer's disease,etc),while many natural substances have the ability to scavenge free radicals. Free radical is an atom,group of atoms ,or molecular that has unpaired electrons in the cuter orbit.The characteristics of free radical are short-time existence highly and easily reaction with other substances. Plants are the most important source of human body exogencus antioxidants.Echinacea purpuren, belonging to Echinacea genus of camposite family, is a kind of medicinal herb, which contains a great deal of polyphenols, polysaccharides and alkaloids and other active substances, Echinacea is known for its immunomodulatory function and anti-oxidative activities.This paper reviewed the anti-oxidant chemical constituents of Echinacea purpuren and its mechanism of anti-oxidant molecules, which would provide the theoretical basis for the research and application of anti-oxidcatice activities of Echinacea purpuren.
