Design Rules for Power Distribution Box of Injection Molding Machine

摘要 注塑机配电箱是运动控制硬件防护、操作人员安全保障的关键设备。在提炼注塑机配电箱设计规范和遵循相关标准前提下,提出电箱规格与板材尺寸、机架安装的基本规则,归纳设计不增加加工工序、内部电气元件合理分布、满足IP54防护等级、接地可靠、散热性能良好、方便调试等易用与安全规则,并应用规则设计8款典型注塑机配电箱,可满足95%常规机型需求。该设计规则有效提高电箱通用性,方便批量生产,降低生产成本和生产周期。 The power distribution box of injection molding machine was the key equipment for motion control hardware and operator protection. According to the relevant standards, the basic rules of considering the size of the box to plate and installation were put forward. The easy to use and safety design rules were propose, design should not increase processing procedure, internal electrical parts must layout reasonable, to meet the IP54 protection level need, reliable ground connection, high heat dissipation, easy debugging. These rules were applied to design 8 kinds of distribution boxes, which can meet the 95% conventional injection molding machine demand. Improve the electric box versatility, convenient batch production, reduce production cost and cycle.
