强化康复指导和功能锻炼操对偏瘫患者的应用价值

Strengthen rehabilitation guidance and functional exercise the application value in patients with hemiplegia

目的:探究对偏瘫患者强化康复指导与功能锻炼操的临床应用价值。方法:随机选取科学院广东省人民医院2015年3月至2016年4月的100例偏瘫患者,分为对照组(49例,行常规护理)和观察组(51例,常规护理基础上强化康复指导与功能锻炼操),比较两组患者的康复效果(肢体能力与日常生活能力)。结果:训练前观察组患者康复效果与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),训练后观察组患者康复效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对偏瘫患者强化康复指导与功能锻炼操可促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the reinforcement in patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation guidance and functional exercise exercise value of clinical application. Method Randomly selected from our hospital in March 2015 to April 2016, 100 cases of hemiplegia patients were divided into control group （49 cases, conventional nursing） and observation group （51 cases, on the basis of conventional nursing improved rehabilitation guidance and fimctional exercise fuck）, comparing the rehabilitation effect of two groups patients （body and daily life ability）. Result Training before the rehabilitation effect of observation group patients and the control group had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）, the observation group of patients after rehabilitation training effect is better than that of control group, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Strengthen rehabilitation guidance and functional exercise in patients with hemiplegia fuck can promote patients recovery, can further in clinical application.
