健康教育干预在老年急性阑尾炎护理中的应用效果分析

Effect Analysis of Health Education Intervention in Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Acute Appendicitis

目的:观察老年急性阑尾炎护理中应用健康教育干预的效果。方法:选择重庆三峡中心医院2014年2月至2015年10月收治的老年急性阑尾炎患者132例,随机分为两组,观察组66例,在常规护理基础上加用健康教育干预,对照组66例,仅给予常规护理,观察术后1 h、术后6 h两组患者腹痛、腹胀及伤口疼痛程度,并发症发生情况,调查患者健康知识掌握程度及对护理满意度。结果:观察组患者术后1 h、术后6 h腹痛、腹胀及伤口疼痛程度,并发症发生率均低于对照组,健康知识掌握度、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年急性阑尾炎护理中,应用健康教育干预后,可提高患者术后舒适度,促进患者尽早康复,提高患者满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of health education intervention in nursing care of elderly patients with acute appendicitis. Methods in our hospital in 2014 February - 2015 from October of aged patients with acute appendicitis in 132 cases and were randomly assigned to two groups, the experimental group 66 cases, treated by intervention of health education on the base of routine nursing, control group （66 cases）, only to give routine nursing care, observation of postoperative 1 H, postoperative 6h two groups of patients with abdominal pain, abdominal distension and pain, complications, the investigation of patients with health knowledge mastering degree and degree of satisfaction for nursing. Results experimental group of patients with postoperative 1H, after 6h of abdominal pain, abdominal distension and pain, the complication rates were lower than that of the control group, health knowledge master degree, nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group, the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion in elderly patients with acute appendicitis, the health education intervention can improve the postoperative comfort, promote the recovery of patients as early as possible, improve patient satisfaction.
