因材施教与现代学徒制结合专业课程改革的探索与研究 被引量:1

摘要 自2014年《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》提出"校企联合招生、联合培养现代学徒制试点"以来,各个高职院校纷纷开始了对因材施教与现代学徒的探索与研究。现代学徒制大背景下的高职教育,是为了更好的培养高职专业学生的职业技能。借此,本文立足于因材施教与现代学徒制的基本概念,对此种背景下的高职专业课程改革,从课程目标改革、课程内容改革和课程实施改革等三个方面进行了研究和探讨,并给出了相应的改革措施。 Since School-Enterprise Joint Enrollment and Cultivation Pilots Through Modem Apprenticeship was raised in the official document the State Council's Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modem Vocational Education in 2014,vocational colleges have been exploring and researching individualized instruction and modem apprenticeship.The higher vocational education under the background of modem apprenticeship aims to cultivate students' professional skills. Therefore, based on the basic concepts of individualized instruction and modem apprenticeship,the paper researches and studies the reform in curriculum objectives,content and implementation,and finally puts forward the corresponding reform measures.
