摘要
环境应力筛选(Environmental Stress Screening,ESS)是产品生产制造过程中的必要工序,能将产品各阶段中的早期故障提早地暴露出来,保证产品出厂后的高可靠性,减少维护成本。针对产品实际应用过程中出现的故障,从筛选的角度进行分析探讨,对筛选环境及其参数进行有针对性的分析论证。根据实际情况提出针对性的解决方案,从而提高筛选效率,使筛选后成品故障率得到有效降低,进一步控制出厂产品质量。
Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) is a necessary process in equipment manufacturing to ensure the reliability of the products and reduce maintenance costs. This paper investigates the fault reports from the products in practical operation from the angle of the ESS process and analyzes the relation between the fault rate and the screen conditions. The intensive thermal stress screening is proposed to improve the effectiveness of screening and reduce the fault rate of products.
