不确定环境下基于碳交易的港口空箱单时期调运

Empty Container Single-Period Repositioning Optimization Based on Carbon Trading in Uncertain Environment

摘要 在碳交易机制下将空箱需求作为随机变量,建立单时期港口空箱调运模型。对比两港口自主调配和统一调配2种模式下的港口及空箱优储存量与利润,并计算最优空箱存储量的存在性。使用数值求解,分析单位空箱转运利润和碳排放因子。结果表明:单位空箱转运利润增加会导致港口独立调配模式下港口利润和空箱存储量上升:碳排放因子提高会导致2种模式下港口利润和空箱存储量下降。 Based on carbon trading,a single-period empty container transportation model with the empty container demand as a random variable is established.The optimal empty container storage and the profit expectation of every port in independent dispatch mode and the coordinated dispatch mode are compared,and the existence of the optimal empty storage capacity is proved.Numerical analysis shows that the increase of the profit of empty container transportation will lead to the increase of port profit and the empty storage in independent mode.The carbon emission factor is inversely correlated with the empty storage and the profit of ports.
