检验检疫基层实验室大型仪器共享机制的探究

Research on the Sharing Mechanism of Large-Scale Instruments in CIQ Primary Laboratories

大型仪器是衡量检验检疫技术机构检测能力和科研水平的重要指标之一,结合工作实际,分析当前检验检疫基层实验室大型仪器管理和使用中存在的不足,提出构建实验室之间大型仪器共享机制,希望通过该共享机制,促进实验室资源合理配置,提高大型仪器利用率,增加基层实验室检测能力和科研水平。

Large-scale instruments is one of the important indicator to measure the ability of CIQ（China Inspection and Quarantine） technical departments in detection capabilities and scientific research. Combining with the practical work,this paper analysis existing problems in using and managing Large-scale instruments of CIQ primary Laboratories,then put forward to build the large-scale instruments and equipments sharing mechanism between laboratories,through the sharing mechanism,this paper hopes to promote the Rational allocation of laboratory resources,to improve the utilization ratio of the Large-scale instruments,and to increase the detection capabilities and level of scientific research of primary Laboratories.
