摘要
基于对海鸥学徒制实践过程中碰到的资金难以持续保障、地方配套政策落实滞后、合作企业发展受阻、国家职业资格证与劳工薪资待遇难挂钩、校企交替式教学组织工作量激增等问题的分析,文本认为要使现代学徒制成为一种可持续性发展的育人机制,尤其是上升为国家职业教育的一种制度与一种气候,可优先发展学校主导型学徒制,并从国家管理层面整合资源,设立专项资金,加强顶层设计与制度建设,建立多客户端的学徒制专业网站,实现信息的透明化、可视化、扁平化与互联网化。
Based on the analysis of problems such as funding hard to continued,local policy implementation lags behind,cooperative enterprises development are blocked,national vocational certificate and labor salary can hardly indexed,increasing of college and enterprise alternately teaching and organizing work,so the thesis shows that making modern apprentice system becomes a sustainable educating mechanism especially when it becomes to a system and an atmosphere of national vocational education can develop college leading apprentice system first.And integrating resources from national management level,setting up special funds,enhancing a top design and a system construction,building professional modern apprentice system web-sites of multiple clients to achieve transparent,visualization,flattening and internet based.
