The backgrounds of part-time teachers in arts vocational colleges are complicated.If some problems could not solve in time,they would effect on the qualification of education.The thesis studies on the characters of part-time teachers,discusses the problems that exist in part-time teachers＇ management of performing arts colleges,addresses the strategies to improve organizing part-time teachers in arts vocational colleges.
