This paper discusses the source of comprehensive management system,analyzes the important standards common in building industry and compares the difference between the comprehensive management system and the management system ＂three standards and one system＂.In combination with the practice of establishment of comprehensive management system of building enterprises,this paper interprets the steps of establishment and construction process,and summarizes the significance of establishment of comprehensive management system to the building enterprises.
