On the advent of the third Constitution Day, President Xi Jinping ,General Secretary of the Communist Party of China （CPC） Central Committee, President of the People＇s Republic of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission made an important remark and emphasized that the constitution was the basic law, the general charter of governing the country, and the ultimate reflection of the will of the communist party of China and the people.
