10月31日至11月7日第十二届全国人大常委舍第二十四次舍议在北京召开。会议经审议，表决通遇了全国人大常委会关于香港特别行政区基本法第一百零四条的解释，通遇了网络安全法、电影产业促进法、关于修改民办教育促进法的决定、关于修改海洋环境保护法的决定、关于修改对外贸易法等十二部法律的决定，关于11月5日听取最高人民法院院长周强、最高人民检察院检察长曹建明向本次会议提请审议的“关于深化司法公开、促进司法公正情况的报告”、“关于加强侦查监督、维护司法公正情况的报告”、“关于检察机关提起公益诉讼试点工作情况的中期报告”。
The Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People＇s Congress of the People＇s Republic of China closed its 24th Session on November 7, 2016. By voting, the Interpretation of Article 104 of the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People＇s Republic of China by the Standing Committee of the National People＇s Congress was adopted, and the Cybersecurity Law, the Film Industry Promotion Law, the Decision on Amending the Law on the Promotion of Privately-run Schools,the Decision on Amending the Marine Environment Protection Law and the Decision on Amending Twelve Laws including the Foreign Trade Law were adopted.
