摘要
2016年11月7日，第十二届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第二十四次会议审议通过了《中华人民共和国网络安全法》，于2017年6月1日生效实施。这是我国互联网立法历史上第一部体系完整的、由全国人大常委颁布的法律。纵观网络安全法全文，共计7章79条，内容涵盖国家政策导向、法律原则、具体行为规范及法律责任等内容，对保障我国网络安全具有积极的导向及规范作用。
The Cybersecurity Law of the People＇s Republic of China was considered and adopted by the 24th Session of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People＇s Congress of the People＇s Republic of China on November 7, 2016. It came into effect on June 1, 2017. It is the first complete law promulgated by the Standing Committee of the National People＇s Congress in the history of China＇s Internet legislation.
