司法透明程度与司法制度中的所有问题几乎都有关系。司法改革的对象便是司法制度中存在的弊端，而其中有些是司法不公开直接导致的，而更多的则是靠司法不公开“助纣为虐”。针对这种状况，周强院长作出了庄重且极具感染力的承诺：要把中国的法院建设成世界上最透明的法院。
Judicial transparency is related to almost all the issues of the judicial system. The objects of judicial reform are the drawbacks in the judicial system, some of which are directly resulted from judicial closeness, while most of which are indirectly resulted from judicial closeness because of its helping a tyrant to do evil. In response to this situation, Zhou Qiang, President of the Supreme People＇s Court, solemnly and inspiringly committed to make the Chinese people＇s court the most transparent court in the world.
