摘要 如何能够有效地提升服务质量、提高客户满意度是电信运营商在运营生产过程中的一个难点,该文探讨通过大数据分析技术分析和挖掘运营商运营支撑系统以及网管系统的相关数据,然后从提升建设质量、维护质量和故障处理速度三个方面一一提出解决方法,有效地提升企业竞争力。 How to effectively improve the service quality and improve the satisfaction of customer is a difficulty of the telecom operators in the operation. This article discusses how to use the big data analysis technology to analysis and mining the data through the operator support system and network management system. And then give the solution about improve the construc- tion quality, maintenance quality and improve the speed of fault handling. These can effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
