摘要
介绍了30 m拖轮在地面大合拢建造达到下水状态后采用整体吊装下水的工艺技术,结合场地设施能力,通过对其受力形式分析及相关结构的强度校核,设计出一种安全可靠的下水方案,使得该小型船舶无需在船坞或船台建造,优化了建造场地资源,有利于提高船厂产能。该吊装技术采用船体结构充当吊耳和高强度吊带结合的吊运方式,优于传统焊接吊耳的吊运方式,对类似船舶吊装具有参考意义。
This paper describes a launching technology of a small 30M TUG by lifting with lifting belt. Based on the stress analysis and strength check of the relevant structures, a safe and reliable launching scheme is designed, the small tug will be built without the construction site of dock or berth, it saves the shipbuilding space and improves shipbuilding capacity. With the hull structure as lifting lug and high-intensity lifting belt, the lifting technology is better than the traditional lifting by welding lifting lug.
