文化生态视野下的桃花坞“苏作”工艺美术中心生成机制研究

Study on the Formation Mechanism of the "Su Zuo" Industrial Art Center in Taohuawu with the Perspective of Cultural Ecologye

明清时期苏州的桃花坞地区经济繁盛、人文荟萃,并由此形成了以阊门内大街为轴心的工艺美术专业产销基地,各类工艺美术无不精巧典雅,成为天下所宗的典范——"苏作"。研究发现,桃花坞"苏作"工艺美术中心的形成离不开特殊时空环境下的地缘优势、商业文化的推动,人文渊薮、文化消费的活跃,深厚的技艺传统与百工优势等诸多因素的合力推动。

During the Ming and Qing Dynasties in Suzhou area of Taohuawu, where economic prosperity, gathering of talents, and thus formed a professional production base of in Chang men axis. All kinds of industrial art are exquisite and elegant, which become the world model -- ＂Su Zuo＂. The study found that the formation of Taohuawu Su as Industrial art center cannot do without the force by space environment of the geographic advantage,promoting of business culture, splendid culture,cultural consumption activity, Profound skill tradition,the advantage of craftsmen, and so on.
