护理流程管理在开放式精神病区中的应用

Application of nursing process management in open psychiatric ward

为了探究护理流程管理在开放式精神病区中的应用价值,选择住院治疗的100例精神病科患者为研究对象,并随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组给予护理流程管理模式,比较两组护理结果。护理后两组患者的简明精神量表得分均改善,观察组改善结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对于护理服务满意程度为90.0%,对照组为76.0%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:护理流程管理应用于开放式精神病区可显著改善患者精神状态,提高护理服务满意程度。

To explore the value of nursing process management in open psychiatric ward. 100 cases of psychiatric patients who were hospitalized were selected and divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing care management while the observation group was given nursing process management, and the results were compared. The results showed that scores of brief psychiatric rating scale of two groups were improved, and the observation group was better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The satisfaction degree of nursing service was 90.0% in the observation group and 76.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The application of nursing process management in open psychiatric ward can improve the mental state of patients and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing service.
