临床护士职业安全氛围感知与安全态度现状及其相关性研究

The research of status and correlation between clinical nurses' occupational safety atmosphere perception and safety attitude

目的调查临床护士职业安全氛围感知和职业安全态度现况,分析二者之间的相关性。方法采用安全氛围感知问卷、安全防护态度问卷对103名护士进行调查。结果护士对安全氛围感知的总均分为(3.25±0.83)分,处于中等水平;安全防护态度总均分为(3.42±0.42)分,处于中等水平;职业安全氛围与安全态度呈正相关。结论护理管理者应进一步营造科室安全氛围,降低医疗风险,保障患者和医护人员工作安全。

Objective To investigate the status of clinical nurses＇ occupational safety atmosphere perception and safety attitude, and analyze the correlation between them. Methods A total of 103 nurses were surveyed by using occupational safety atmosphere perception questionnaire and occupational safety attitude scale, Results The average total score of nurses＇ occupational safety environment perception was （3.25 ± 0.83 ）, which was in the medium level. The score of occupational safety protective attitude was （3.42 ± 0.42 ） ,which was in the medium range. Occupational safety atmosphere was positively correlated with occupa- tional safety attitude. Conclusion Nursing managers should further build security department atmosphere,reduce the medical risk,and ensure the safety of pa- tients and medical staff work.
