中文版免疫抑制药物依从性Basel评估量表在肝移植受者中应用的信效度研究

Reliability and validity of Chinese version of Basel assessment of adherence to immunosuppressive medication scale in accessing liver transplant recipients

目的将免疫抑制药物依从性Basel评估量表引入我国,并研究中文版免疫抑制药物依从性Basel评估量表在肝移植受者中应用的信效度。方法选取北京市某三级甲等医院移植随访门诊就诊的肝移植受者为研究对象。在征得量表研发方同意后,对量表进行跨文化调试。首先对量表进行翻译和回译,再根据专家委员会的意见对量表进行修改。并在正式调查前,对修改后的量表进行预调查。通过内在一致性信度以及2周重测信度对量表进行信度分析;通过探索性因子分析对其进行效度研究。结果量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.697,重测信度为0.964;探索性因子分析提取了1个公因子,共解释54.73%的总方差变异。结论免疫抑制药物依从性Basel评估量表条目设置简明,在肝移植受者中应用信效度均较好。

Objective To introduce Basel Assessment of Adherence to immunesuppressive medication scale（BAASIS） to China, then to test its reliability and validity. Methods After obtaining authorization from the developer,the BAASIS was translated and culturally adapted into Chinese version and then the va- lidity and reliability were tested in liver transplant recipients,who were selected from liver transplantation center of a general hospital in Beijing. To modify Chi- nese version based on the amendments from experts committee and the preliminary investigation. Reliability was tested by internal consistency reliability and test - rest reliability,and using explore factor analysis to test validity. Results The Cronbach＇s α of Chinese version of BAASIS was 0.697 and test - rest reliability was 0.964. Factor analysis got 1 factor, which could explain 54.73% of the total variance. Conclusion Chinese version of BAASLS is reliable and valid, and it a concise tool wich can be used for assessment and measurement of immunesuppressive medication adherence in Chinese settings.
