Implementation and evaluation of intravenous therapy quality promotion project in cancer hospital

目的实施静脉治疗质量促进项目并评价效果,提升肿瘤专科医院静脉治疗的质量与安全。方法针对肿瘤专科医院治疗特点及临床静脉治疗中存在问题启动静脉治疗质量促进项目。结合肿瘤医院专科特点,依据国家卫生和计划生育委员会颁发的《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》,制订院内静脉治疗实践标准;开展静脉治疗实践标准培训,并建立实施静脉治疗质量评价标准,促进标准落实,建立中心静脉管理信息平台,实现中心静脉管路全程管理。比较项目实施前后静脉管路的使用、维护、输液工具选择的规范率。结果项目实施后留置针、CVC管路维护的规范率均提高(P<0.05),输液工具的选择趋于合理,头皮钢针使用率下降,留置针使用率提高(P<0.05)。结论通过实施静脉治疗质量促进项目,有效提高了临床静脉治疗质量。

Objective To implement and evaluate the effect of intravenous therapy quality promotion project so as to promote qualite and safety of intrave- nous therapy in cancer hospital. Methods Made the intravenous therapy practice standard according to cancer hospital characteristic and the Chinese intravenous nursing standards of practice. Trained and examinatcd of the practice standard, established an evaluation standard for the quality of intravenous therapy to imple- ment practice standard, setting - up the central intravenous catheter information administration platform for dynamic and whole - process administration of the can- tral intravenous catheter. Compared the employment and maintenance of the venous catheter, and infusion tools selection specification rate before and after the pro- ject implementation. Results After the implementation of the project,indwelling needle, Central Venous Catheter （CVC） line maintenance specification rate in- creased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and infusion tool selection was more reasonable, scalp needle use rate decreased, indwelling needle use rate increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The intravenous therapy promotion project can effectively improve the quality of clinical intravenous therapy.
