摘要
白细胞介素-32是一种新近发现的功能多样的促炎性细胞因子,在多种炎症反应性疾病与肿瘤的发生发展中占据关键地位。其易于诱导多种炎症性细胞因子的表达和释放,参与机体免疫反应,调节细胞凋亡。目前研究认为白细胞介素-32在鼻科炎症,特别是慢性鼻-鼻窦炎及变应性鼻炎中具有明显的促进作用,对IL-32的进一步研究将有益于临床上鼻科炎症性质疾病的预防、诊断和治疗。
Interleukin-32 is a kind of novel multi- functional proinflammatory cytokine which played a key role in the pathogenesis and development of various in- flammatory and cancer diseases. It can induce the expres- sion and release of a cascade of inflammatory cytokines, participate in the body＇s immuno reaction, and regulate apoptosis. In the current review, IL-32 could cause sig- nificant effect in promote nasal inflammatory progress, especially in the chronic rhinosinusitis and the allergic rhinitis. The further investigations of IL-32 would benefit for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of clinical nasal inflammatory diseases.
