探讨分析《妇科冰鉴》调经学术思想。诊病强调详察脉症,以八纲为法;认为该病源于任冲胞胎,脾胃情志不调;辨证以五脏为体,精血为用;治则治法采用理血调气,平中有奇。

This paper discussed and analyzed the academic thoughts of menstruation regulation in Fuke Bingfian. In diagnosis,it emphasizes the pulse and symptoms based on eight principles. Disorder in chong and ren channels and disharmony of spleen, stomach and emotion are considered as the pathogenesis of this disease. In syndrome differentiation,it is based on the five viscera combined with the essence and blood. In treatment,it concentrates on the regulation of blood and qi.
