一指禅推拿手法对大鼠坐骨神经损伤腓肠肌萎缩的影响

Influence of one-finger massage manipulation on the atrophy of gastrocnemius muscle in rats with sciatic nerve injury

目的观察一指禅推法治疗大鼠坐骨神经损伤后腓肠肌萎缩的疗效。方法 36只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、推拿组。模型组和推拿组大鼠参照文献造坐骨神经损伤模型诱导腓肠肌萎缩,假手术组给予假手术。造模7天后,推拿组大鼠给予一指禅推法治疗并分别于推拿10次、20次、30次时处死4只大鼠,测量每组大鼠的腓肠肌湿重、腓肠肌细胞直径、肌肉纤颤电位波幅。在30次结束后,对各组大鼠的腓肠肌进行HE染色,观察其腓肠肌形态学改变。结果在30次治疗后,一指禅推法可以有效增加腓肠肌湿重的恢复率,治疗组与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);一指禅推法可以有效增加腓肠肌细胞的直径和横面积,治疗组与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);一指禅推法可以有效提高腓肠肌纤颤电位波幅,治疗组与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HE染色证实了各组之间的腓肠肌形态学差异。结论一指禅推法可以有效缓解大鼠坐骨神经损伤后腓肠肌萎缩。

Objective To study the efficacy of one-finger massage manipulation in the treatment of gastrocnemius muscle atrophy after sciatic nerve injury. Methods 36 SD rats were randomly divided into the blank group, model group and massage group. In the model group and the massage group, the atrophy of gastroenemius muscle induced by sciatic nerve injury was established according to reference literature, and the blank group received sham treatment. 7 days after modeling, the massage group was treated with one-finger massage manipulation, and 4 rats were sacrificed when the massage therapy for 10,20 and 30 times respectively. The wet weight of gastrocnemius muscle,the diameter of gastrecnemius muscle cells and the fibrillation potential amplitude of gastrocnemius muscle were measured. After therapy for 30 times, the gastrocnemius muscle of rats in the three groups were stained with HE, and its morphological changes were observed. Results After therapy for 30 times,the one-finger massage manipulation could effectively increase the recovery rate of wet weight of gastrocnemius muscle, the difference between the treatment group and model group was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the massage manipulation could effectively increase the diameter and cross-section area of the gastrocnemius muscle ceils, the differences between the massage group and model group was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the massage manipulation of one-finger scrubbing could effectively improve the fibrillation potential amplitude of gastrocnemius muscle, the difference between the massage group and model group was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The morphological differences among the three groups were confirmed by HE staining. Conclusion The one-finger massage manipulation can effectively relieve the atrophy of gastrocnemius muscle after sciatic nerve injury in rats.
