台风暴雨多发地区民用建筑外窗应用探讨

A study on the Application of External Windows of Civil Buildings in Typhoon and Rainstorm-prone Areas

热带风暴和台风多发地区,民用建筑外窗普遍存在着雨水渗漏、密闭不严、玻璃炸裂和外扇坠落等安全隐患,已经引起社会广泛关注,甚至造成危害人民生命安全的严重后果。本文通过对我省民用建筑外窗应用存在问题的分析,提出外窗设计选用、加工制作、安装施工、监督管理等关键点的控制措施,以提高我省民用建筑外窗应用水平。

Rainwater seepage,sealing lax,glass burst and external windows crash are ubiquitous hidden dangers of external windows of civil buildings in typhoon and rainstorm-prone areas.These hidden dangers aroused widespread social concern,some of which even result in serious consequences like endangering the safety of people＇s life and property.Aiming at enhancing the application level of external windows of civil buildings in our province,this thesis analyses existing problems of application and puts forward control measures of key points including design and selection,processing and making,installation,construction and supervision.
