韩国《体育课程标准》中共同教育课程解读及启示 被引量:12

Inspiration from Interpretation of Korea Common Educational Curriculum of Physical Education Curriculum Standards

摘要 为深化我国体育与健康课程改革,借鉴各国新的理念促进体育与健康课程标准的修订与完善,采用文献资料法进行质性研究,通过对2011年版韩国《体育课程标准》的翻译和整理,并从共同教育课程的目标体系、内容设置及成就目标、教学建议、评价建议4个方面进行分析,发现其具有以下特点:明确体育课程的价值,突出体育课程在基础教育中的地位;以价值引领目标和内容的理念构建了"体育课程的价值领域-体育课程目标-体育课程内容-成就目标"四级纵向贯通的结构体系;注重创意与人性理念在体育课程目标、内容、教学和评价等所有领域中的贯彻和渗透。但也存在体育课程核心教育理念与内容不明确、安全教育缺乏的问题。这启示我们,在未来的体育与健康课程改革中,应重视学校体育课程在整个基础教育中"立德树人"功能的发挥,重新确立学校体育课程的价值定位,尝试构建体育课程价值引领目标与内容的结构体系,将培养学生的创新精神与实践能力渗透于体育课程的全过程,并加强体育教学实践中对学生进行品德、心理与人格教育的可操作性。 In order to deepen the curriculum reform of physical education( PE) and health and to facilitate the revision of PE and health curriculum standard by introducing new ideas and ways,the paper analyzed the 2011 edition of Korea PE curriculum standards from four aspects of goals system,contents setting and achievements goals,teaching and evaluation by the method of literature review. The results showed that the Korea PE curriculum standards had the following characteristics. It classified the value of PE curriculum,highlighted its status in basic education; its idea of value leading goal and content established a four-level longitudinal structural system of"value-goal- content- achievement goals"; it emphasized the implementation of concepts of originality and humanity in all areas of PE curriculum such as value,goal,teaching and evaluation; its core education concept and content was not clear and it was lack of safety education. These told us that in future curriculum reform of PE and health,we should pay attention to education function of school PE curriculum in the whole basic education,reestablish the value orientation of school PE,build the structural system of value leading goal and content,cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability in the whole process of PE curriculum,strength morality,mental health and personality education of students in teaching practice.
