摘要
对YG6X、YG6、YG20C三个牌号的混合料压坯进行900℃真空预烧,并结合物理性能检测、金相显微镜观察等分析测试手段,研究了压坯脱蜡预烧后在空气中放置时间对硬质合金性能的影响。结果表明:预烧坯在空气中放置时间对YG20C牌号合金的物理力学性能影响不大;YG6X、YG6两个牌号的预烧坯随着放置时间的延长,合金的矫顽磁力先增加后降低,硬度和密度逐渐增加,相对磁饱和及抗弯强度逐渐降低。
The compacts of YG6X、YG6and YG20 C mixture materials were presintered in vacuum at 900℃.The effect of placement time in the air of the presintered compacts on the properties of cemented carbides was studied by using physical property tests and metallographic microscope.The results show that placement time has little effect on the physical and mechanical properties of YG20 C.With placement time increasing,the coercive force of both YG6 Xand YG6increases at first and then decreases,their hardness and density slowly increase,and relative magnetic saturation and bending strength gradually decrease.
