摘要
为提升少数民族高校毕业生的就业质量,本文利用2014年"少数民族高校毕业生调查"数据,使用DSA方法采集就业匹配自我评价得分,构建包含学历匹配和专业匹配的回归模型,分析就业匹配对收入的影响。结果表明,少数民族高校毕业生的学历匹配和专业匹配程度越高,对收入的影响越大,且学历匹配对收入影响显著。因此,应对不同学历层次的少数民族高校毕业生有区别地进行就业指导,而非一味提倡提升学历,否则可能产生过度教育;同时,削弱劳动力市场中的制度分割,促使少数民族高校毕业生从事与专业匹配度高的工作,这也有利于于个人职业的长期发展。
From the view of promoting the employment quality of minority higher graduates, this article analyzed "Minority Higher Education Graduates Survey" data in 2014, using DSA method to collect the score of employment match. We constructed the model containing diplomas-job and major-job matching to analysis the effect of employment matching on income. The study found that the factors of diplomas-job and major-job matching enhance income, and diplomas-job match significantly. We should guide the different level of minority higher graduates with employment strategy discriminatively, rather than blindly advocate improve education degree, otherwise produce over-education. We should impair the institutional separation of labor market, and promote minority graduates engaged in the field of high major-job matching, which would be beneficial to personal career for a long-term development.
