积极心理学视角下的大学生职业素养提升路径研究——以淮海工学院应用技术学院为例

积极心理学掀起心理学界革命的同时也丰富大学生职业指导的视角。本文基于积极情绪体验、积极人格特质激发与强化、积极社会组织系统建立等三大积极心理学研究方法,探索增强职业自我效能、提升职业综合素质、完善就业帮扶体系等大学生职业素养提升策略与路径,在此基础上进行淮海工学院应用技术学院具体实践。

Positive psychology not only leads to psychological revolution, but also enriches-the perspective of college students＇ career guidance. This paper is based on the three positive psychology research methods of positive emotional experience, positive personality and strength, and establish the positive social organization system to explore the strategies and paths of enhancing vocational self-efficiency, improving the comprehensive quality of the occupation, improving the system of employment assistance and so on. On the basis, Applied Technology School, Huaihai Institute of Technology specific practice has come true.
