随着食品检验检测行业的不断发展,第三方食品检验检测认证的逐步放开,不少城市和地区相继出现了第三方食品检验检测机构,但在发展和运营中,也逐渐暴露出诸多问题。总结第三方食品检验检测发展现状及问题,并分析了第三方食品检验对食品检验检测行业的影响,提出了适合我国第三方食品检验检测机构发展的方式及路径。
