浅析我国食品包装材料的安全问题

Analysis on the Safety Problem of China's Food Packaging Materials

食品包装是食品商品的重要组成部分,既保障食品的质量安全有提升食品产品的附加值。近年来食品包装材料引发了一系列的安全问题。如何加强食品包装材料的监管是今后食品安全管理的中的一个重要问题。主要分析我国食品包装材料安全管理所面临的一些问题,提出了相应的建议,为改进完善我国食品包装材料安全管理提供参考。

Food packaging was an important part of food commodities. Food packaging ensured food quality and safety also enhanced the value of food. Recently food packaging materials had caused a series of safety problems. How to strengthen the supervision of food packaging became an important problem in food safety management. In this paper, regulation standards of food packaging materials among China and the other countries were compared and the problems of food packaging materials management in China were discussed.
